    Dan Bigos is the industry marketing manager for IBM’s Predictive Quality and Maintenance solution that helps organizations monitor, maintain and optimize assets for better availability, utilization and performance. Dan has 10 years experience in IT management at UC Irvine and 20 years experience in line of business software solutions. Dan has also worked in factories, been a member of the steelworkers union, and most recently saved over $2,000 by replacing his basement sump pump himself, proving the merits of good PM & PdM practices.
