William (Bill) L. Glasscock

Bill has 40 years’ experience and leadership covering operations and maintenance management, benchmarking, project implementation, reliability, maintenance, and performance improvement programs, and refinery planning and economics. His focus and drive for both personal and business continuous improvement has brought about his proven record of significant contributions to the operating and financial success of the organizations for which he has worked. Bill is equally comfortable and effective working in independent or team environments.

Additionally, Bill provides on-site and home office project management and oversight for client engagements; serves as product manager for Solomon’s Workforce Optimization Advisory and project manager for Solomon’s Performance Excellence Process™ (PEP™) projects, Q1 Day 1® projects, and Workforce Optimization (WFO) projects; provides analytical, tactical, and strategic support for Solomon’s Advisory Services engagements; support’s Solomon’s Reliability and Maintenance (RAM) Study and Solomon’s Comparative Performance Analysis™ (CPA™) refinery studies; and assists with the growth and development of the RAM business line.
