HOUSTON, Aug. 24 – Canacol Energy Ltd., Calgary, gauged the second of three zones to be tested at its RH-6 development well in Rancho Hermoso field in Colombia’s Llanos basin.

Cretaceous Guadalupe perforations at 9,754-58 ft measured depth flowed at a final rate of 3,302 b/d of 33° gravity oil with 14% water cut on an electric submersible pump. Next to be tested is the Los Cuervos-Barco zone.
