HOUSTON, Dec. 3 – PetroSun Inc., Scottsdale, Ariz., let a contract to Sunbelt Drilling LLC, Apache Junction, Ariz., to test Permian Supai zones believed prospective for oil and gas on PetroSun’s Holbrook basin leasehold.

The contract calls for the first well to spud by Jan. 31, 2010. PetroSun is operator of the multiwell exploration program (OGJ, Sept. 21, 2009, p. 51).
