A 40,000 mty butadiene extraction plant based on BASF n-MP technology.
A 120,000 mty, two step pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit licensed by Institut Franais du Petrole.
A biological waste water treatment plant.
Associated utilities, storage, loading, and unloading facilities.
Dongfang will use products from the plant to produce acrylic ester to meet increasing demand for home electronics, automobiles, construction materials, clothing, and other consumer products.
