Cepsa has appointed Maarten Wetselaar as chief executive officer, effective Jan. 1, 2022. Wetselaar joins from Royal Dutch Shell where he served on the executive committee for the last 6 years as the director for integrated gas, renewables and energy solutions.
Philippe Boisseau will continue as the company’s chief executive officer until end 2021. He will thereafter act as an advisor to the chief executive officer and the board.
