Pieridae Energy Ltd., Calgary, has temporarily assigned chief operating officer responsibilities to the company’s chief executive officer, Alfred Sorensen, following the departure of Tim de Freitas to pursue other endeavors, effectively immediately.
The company will begin the search for a new chief operating officer in this year’s first quarter.
