The company is working to commercialize and finance Driftwood LNG—a proposed 27.6 million tonne/year liquefaction export facility to be constructed near Lake Charles, La. on the US Gulf Coast. The project is ready for construction, having received necessary permits and with 30% of engineering with Bechtel completed (OGJ Online, Nov. 13, 2017).
