Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc., Oklahoma City, has appointed Ralph D’Amico as the company’s chief financial officer, effective Mar. 9, following the resignation of Robb P. Winfield, vice-president, chief financial officer, controller, and corporate secretary.
In addition to serving as chief financial officer, D'Amico will continue to serve as vice-president, corporate development and investor relations, a position he has held since joining the company on Jan. 2, 2019. Before joining Panhandle, D'Amico served as a managing director at Seaport Global Securities and as a managing director, energy and natural resources investment banking, at Stifel Nicolaus.
Winfield had served as Panhandle's controller since February 2008 and, from March 2009 through December 2016, also held the position of chief accounting officer. He was named vice-president, chief financial officer, and controller on Jan. 1, 2017 (OGJ Online, Dec. 13, 2016).
