QatarEnergy signs 10-year naphtha supply agreement with Haldia Petrochemicals

QatarEnergy agreed to supply India’s Haldia Petrochemicals with up to 2 million tonnes of naphtha to be delivered over 10 years.

QatarEnergy has agreed to supply India’s Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd. (HPL), through its Singapore-based trading arm HPL Global Pte Ltd., with up to 2 million tonnes of naphtha to be delivered over 10 years beginning in this year’s second quarter.
Haldia Petrochemicals operates an integrated petrochemical complex at Haldia, West Bengal, India, which includes a 700,000 tonnes/year naphtha cracker.
