HOUSTON, Oct. 20 -- Thomas Thune Andersen has been named the new CEO of Mærsk Olie og Gas AS, Copenhagen.

Additionally, Jess Søderberg will become chairman and Michael Pram Rasmussen vice-chairman of Mærsk Olie og Gas AS.
