Kinder Morgan names treasurer

Kinder Morgan Inc. and Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP announced that Kimberly J. Allen has become treasurer of the Kinder Morgan companies. She retained her position as vice-president of investor relations.

HOUSTON, Jan. 23 -- Kinder Morgan Inc. and Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP announced that Kimberly J. Allen has become treasurer of the Kinder Morgan companies. She retained her position as vice-president of investor relations.

Park Shaper, who previously held the treasurer position, will continue as vice-president, chief financial officer and a member of the office of the chairman.

Allen joined Kinder Morgan in November 2001.
