ConocoPhillips names technology senior VP

Stephen R. Brand has been named senior vice-president, technology, of ConocoPhillips.

HOUSTON, Sept. 20 -- Stephen R. Brand has been named senior vice-president, technology, of ConocoPhillips. His appointment is effective Oct. 1.

Brand currently serves as the company's vice-president, exploration and business development, and exploration and production.
