HOUSTON, Apr. 28 -- Noble Corp. said it will name Mark A. Jacksonchief executive officer. He will succeed James C. Day, a 30-year company veteran who will retire Apr. 30, 2007.
Jackson currently serves as Noble's president and chief operating officer.
