Taghmen Energy now PetroLatina Energy

Taghmen Energy PLC, a London independent focused on Latin America, said it has received regulatory approval to change its name to PetroLatina Energy PLC.

HOUSTON, July 21 -- Taghmen Energy PLC, a London independent focused on Latin America, said it has received regulatory approval to change its name to PetroLatina Energy PLC.

The company, currently operating in Colombia and Guatamala, was scheduled to drill the Huapac 2X well on the 6-93 license this month in Guatamala (OGJ, June 19, 2006, p. 34).
