Schroeder to lead W&T Offshore operations

HOUSTON, July 12 -- W&T Offshore Inc. has named Stephen L. Schroeder chief operating officer.

Prior to this appointment, Schroeder served as W&T's vice-president, production. Before that he served as production manager and staff reservoir engineer.

Before joining W&T Schroeder worked for ExxonMobil Corp. predecessor Exxon Corp. for 13 years.
