Double Eagle Petroleum Co., Denver, has promoted Kurtis Hooley to executive vice-president and chief operating officer and Ashley Jenkins to vice-president and chief financial officer.
Hooley’s promotion reflects his expanded role, which includes working with the CEO on project development, capital formation alternatives, and oversight of day-to-day operations. Hooley previously was senior vice-president and chief financial officer.
Jenkins formerly was vice-president and controller.
