Bryan Gould has been named president of Athabasca Oil Corp., Calgary, in one of several executive changes at the company.
Gould had been vice-president, corporate development. Sveinung Svarte remains chief executive officer.
Succeeding Gould as vice-president, corporate development, is Rob Bowie, who had been director, portfolio management.
In another change related to operations, Ian Atkinson, vice-president, geoscience and development, has been promoted to senior vice-president, thermal oil.
And Rob Broen has joined AOC as senior vice-president, light oil. He had been with Talisman Energy Inc.
