ATP negotiating to sell certain assets

HOUSTON, Oct. 8 -- ATP Oil & Gas Corp. said it is negotiating with various potential buyers for selected properties.
On Aug. 28 ATP closed the data rooms established with Scotia Waterous (USA) Inc.
The data rooms outlined information about the potential sale of part of ATP's working interests in several properties in the Gulf of Mexico and the UK North Sea.
