Reliant Resources Inc. has realigned executive responsibilities, naming Stephen W. Naeve vice-chairman and Robert W. Harvey executive vice-president and group president, wholesale.

HOUSTON, May 27 -- Reliant Resources Inc. has realigned executive responsibilities, naming Stephen W. Naeve vice-chairman and Robert W. Harvey executive vice-president and group president, wholesale.

Formerly Reliant's president and chief operating officer, Naeve now leads Reliant's efforts to resolve issues regarding its operations in California and matters pending before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Harvey had led the retail business group since late 2000 and now has similar duties for the wholesale group. He began his career with Reliant in 1999.
