Petrosearch Corp. names new chief financial officer

Petrosearch Corp. has named David Collins as its vice-president and chief financial officer. Petrosearch is a new holding company, and its predecessor was Texas Commercial Resources Inc., Houston.

HOUSTON, Oct. 21 -- Petrosearch Corp. has named David Collins as its vice-president and chief financial officer. Petrosearch is a new holding company, and its predecessor was Texas Commercial Resources Inc., Houston.

Previously, Collins was chief financial officer for the Kazi Management Group, a diversified investment and management organization. Interests included Kazi Energy, an independent oil producer in south Texas.

Petrosearch holds oil and natural gas properties in Texas and North Dakota through three wholly owned operating subsidiaries.
