Bow Valley Energy Ltd., Calgary, has appointed Tom Ruissen as vice-president, exploration, responsible for Bow Valley's exploration growth in western Canada.

HOUSTON, Sept. 24 -- Bow Valley Energy Ltd., Calgary, has appointed Tom Ruissen as vice-president, exploration, responsible for Bow Valley's exploration growth in western Canada.

Ruissen brings Bow Valley 21 years of progressive oil and gas industry experience focused on the Western Canadian Sedimentary basin.

His earlier work included various positions of increasing responsibility with Amoco Canada Petroleum Co. Ltd.
