Tengasco makes management changes

Tengasco Inc., Knoxville, has named Richard T. Williams as chief operating officer and chairman of the company's executive committee.

HOUSTON, Jan. 27 -- Tengasco Inc., Knoxville, has named Richard T. Williams as chief operating officer and chairman of the company's executive committee. Williams was elected to Tengaco's board in June 2002.

Separately, Tengasco's board also approved the selection of Joseph E. Armstrong to the position of chairman. He has worked for Tengasco since 1997, and as a director of the firm since 1998. Armstrong succeeds Benton Becker, who resigned for health reasons and other considerations.
