Aker International Resource Ltd. and Lawrence Allison Group have merged to form the UK-based Ellayess, an international engineering recruitment company.

HOUSTON, Aug. 8 -- Aker International Resource Ltd. and Lawrence Allison Group have merged to form the UK-based Ellayess, an international engineering recruitment company.

Ellayess has established offices in London, Aberdeen, Stockton, and Portsmouth in the UK, and worldwide in Houston, the Netherlands, the Middle East, and Australia. The company said it intends to open offices in Eastern Europe and the Far East within 2 years.
