HOUSTON, June 19 -- Joseph Feiten has been named chief financial officer of Denver-based independent oil and gas company Tipperary Corp. Feiten succeeds Lisa Wilson, who resigned to pursue other opportunities.

Feiten has 25 years experience serving the oil and gas industry as a certified public accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. During 1991-98, Feiten served as director of the US oil and gas industry program of Coopers & Lybrand Ltd.
