K2 Energy becomes Resilient Resources

K2 Energy Corp., Calgary independent operating on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in northern Montana and in Canada, has changed its name to Resilient Resources Ltd.

HOUSTON, May 25 -- K2 Energy Corp., Calgary independent operating on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in northern Montana and in Canada, has changed its name to Resilient Resources Ltd.

Resilient said it plans to start drilling in mid-2005 on a number of prospects on Blackfeet lands.
