SEPAC names Leach executive director

Small Explorers and Producers Association of Canada (SEPAC) has appointed Gary C. Leach as executive director, effective Jan. 3, 2006.

HOUSTON, Dec. 16 -- Small Explorers and Producers Association of Canada (SEPAC) has appointed Gary C. Leach as executive director, effective Jan. 3, 2006.

Leach, with more than 25 years of Canadian petroleum experience, will oversee a diverse range of upstream petroleum industry activities, including industry operations, environment, safety, fiscal issues, and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining SEPAC, Leach served as energy sector development manager for Calgary Economic Development.
