HOUSTON, June 22 -- Mark Western, chairman and chief executive officer of Tekoil & Gas Corp., was appointed chairman and chief executive officer of Pexcon Inc.
Last month, Pompano, Fla.-based Pexcon signed a letter of intent to acquire Tekoil & Gas of Orlando (OGJ Online, May 25, 2005).
