Petrobras lets subsea frame agreement to Aker Solutions

Petrobras has let a framework agreement to Aker Solutions to provide subsea production systems and subsea lifecycle services for oil and gas fields offshore Brazil.

Petróleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) has let a framework agreement to Aker Solutions ASA to provide subsea production systems (SPS) and subsea lifecycle services (SLS) for oil and gas fields offshore Brazil.

The scope covers delivery of up to 33 subsea trees, subsea controls, subsea distribution units, and spare parts and services including intervention, preservation, maintenance, and installation. Work will be managed in Brazil.

The agreement has a fixed period of 5 years, from fourth-quarter 2022 to fourth-quarter 2027.
