Mubadala Petroleum has let a 3-year contract to Tendeka for the supply of sand-face completion equipment in Thailand.
Tendeka supply its FloElite sand screens and FloSure Autonomous Inflow Control Devices (AICDs) to Mubadala Petroleum’s Jasmine, Manora, and Nong Yao fields in the Gulf of Thailand. The contract has the option of two 1-year extensions.
The field adjustable FloSure AICDs preferentially chokes unwanted produced fluids whilst promoting production of oil from the entire length of the well, leading to greater recovery, lower water cuts, and less gas production, the service provider said.
