Petrobras lets extension agreement for Cidade de São Vicente

Petrobras has extended the lease and operation agreement with BW Offshore for BW Cidade de São Vicente by 120 days. The contract will expire on Oct. 9, 2020.

BW Offshore has started planning for demobilization of the unit from the field and is considering temporary lay up in Brazil.

BW Cidade de São Vicente commenced operation for Petrobras in 2009 and has been utilized as a well test facility for the client on multiple locations offshore Brazil (OGJ Online, May 9, 2009).
