HOUSTON, Aug. 3 – TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Co. and WesternGeco will shoot the Liberty multiclient wide azimuth 3D seismic survey in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico.

The survey will cover 3,000 sq km in the Green Canyon and Atwater Valley areas adjacent to the contractors’ 15,000-sq-km Freedom project, where acquisition is nearly complete.
