HOUSTON, Oct. 6 -- Dominion Exploration & Production Inc. plans to restart production from Devils Tower field in the Gulf of Mexico between late October and mid-November. The deepwater spar is on Mississippi Canyon Block 773, 40 miles southeast of New Orleans.

A new completion rig to bring the spar's four remaining wells into production is to be available in 90-120 days.
