Greater Sooner to begin oil production in Oklahoma

HOUSTON, Nov. 8 -- Greater Sooner Exploration Inc. of Healdton, Okla., plans to begin oil production in early December from two leases in Carter County, Okla.

It will bring on stream 300-400 bbl/month of oil from The Creel and The Koski leases, which contains 35 acres of proven oil reserves and four wells. Also, it will study opportunities for offset wells at these locations.

Greater Sooner signed a definitive agreement to acquire the leases, in which it will perform minor maintenance and update some equipment.
