HOUSTON, Mar. 3 -- Thomas L. Owsley has been elected president of Baltimore, Md.-based refiner Crown Central Petroleum Corp. Owsley succeeds Frank B. Rosenberg, who has resigned from his position as the company's president, CEO, and chief operating officer.
Most recently, Owsley, who has been part of Crown's management team for 20 years, served as senior vice-president, general counsel, and corporate secretary for the company.
Rosenberg has accepted the position of executive vice-president of Rosemore Inc., Crown's parent firm. Rosenberg has been in the management of Crown since 1986 and has served as president since 2001.
