Henry Kusch, formerly general manager of Chevron Corp.’s Escravos gas-to-liquids venture in Nigeria, has assumed the role of general manager of firm’s El Segundo, Calif., refinery.
Kusch succeeds Frank Semancik, who has been appointed vice-president of Chevron’s complex process facilities in San Ramon, Calif.
During Kusch’s 25 years at Chevron, he has held a variety of management positions at the firm’s refineries in Richmond, Calif.; Pascagoula, Miss.; and El Segundo. Kusch also served as general manager of the supply optimization group, Americas in Houston.
