Originally aired on August 14, 2019 and now available for on demand viewing.

Webcast Description:

As a result of the technological improvements , the last 10 years have seen clamp-on meters working on a full range of gas applications. Many non-fiscal applications that were done by orifice, turbine, and ultrasonic meter spools are now going to clamp-on meters. These meters are easy to install, cost effective, and have proven to be highly reliable and accurate. Flexim will share an overview of the technology, show laboratory & field results, plus a range of applications where clamp-on meters are being applied.

This webcast, sponsored by FLEXIM, will address the following questions:

  • Can clamp-on measure multi-phase or wet gas?
  • Can clamp-on do standard volume flow measurement?
  • What are the piping straight run requirements, and how is accuracy impacted when the straight run does not meet the requirements?
