[BLANK_AUDIO] [MUSIC] While I was surfing on the website of my college, I randomly came across the Total Campus Facebook page. I followed the link to the careers website and I found hundred of job offers, including several in my sector. I applied and Total got in touch. I met quite a lot of people. First of all, there was someone from an external recruitment agency, then a recruiter from Total. Next what they call a careers manager and managers from several branches. Together they decided to take me on and I signed my very first contract as a geologist. The hiring process took time but later I understood why. Total had no just employed me for a job but for the long term. I was asked a lot of questions about my previous experiences, my aspirations, my interests. I had no idea if they were actually going to hire me in the end but they seemed really interested and open. Once I had joined the team they gave me my first project. I also attended a 3 day seminar "Total Inside" where there were many activities and team challenges so I was able to build up a network within my branch and in the others. And, so it's been two years since I first joined this huge company and, frankly, I feel great here. [MUSIC] I took a chance. WHy not you?
