ESF North America - A Secure & Sustainable Downstream Industry

Launched in 2022, the same year as the landmark IRA, decarbonization in the US had its biggest boost to date. With added incentivization, North America’s refining and chemical industries had an unprecedented opportunity to position themselves for a low-carbon transition.  Fast-forward three years, and despite volatile headwinds, global commitment to a lower-carbon future prevails. The refining and chemicals industries must pursue the journey to profitably decarbonize while providing secure, affordable, and sustainable energy. 

After subsequent editions in San Francisco and New Orleans, this year the event returns to Houston from May 20th-22nd and will bring together industry leaders to support a secure and sustainable energy future in which the refining and chemicals industries continue to play a leading role!
