Power restored to Phillips 66 Belle Chasse, La., refinery

Phillips 66 reported power was restored to the 247,000 b/d Alliance refinery in Belle Chasse, La., and refinery workers prepared for a restart later this month following flooding to parts of the refinery during Hurricane Isaac, which made its first landfall on Aug. 28 in Plaquemines Parish, La.
