Pembina Pipeline Corp., Calgary, has entered into commercial agreements to proceed with a $170-million expansion of the company's recently completed 200-MMcfd Resthaven facility. The company also will build, own, and operate a new gas gathering pipeline that will deliver gas into the facility.

Enterprise Products Partners LP (EPP) reported it will build the ninth NGL fractionator for its complex in Mont Belvieu, Tex. The fractionator will have a nameplate capacity of 85,000 b/d and is expected to begin operations as early as January 2016. The eighth fractionator started operations in November 2013.
