Jenine Bogrand Global Human Resource Systems Manager Dresser-Rand

Jenine Bogrand is a Global Human Resource Systems Manager for Dresser-Rand, a leading manufacturer of energy conversion systems for the Oil and Gas industry, headquartered in Houston, TX.  She has over 20 years in the Human Resource world, with the last 12 years focused on Human Resource Systems.  Jenine worked with Continental Airlines for 12 years, where she was a Staff Planning Specialist, Payroll Manager and part of the team that implemented Continental's first comprehensive HR system.  She then moved to the University of Houston, where she was the Project Manager for the PeopleSoft HR/Payroll implementation.   Once that project was successfully completed, Jenine moved to Waste Management where she was the HRMS Manager.  During her time at WMI, she managed the upgrade from PeopleSoft HRMS 7.5 to 8.8, and re-implemented Kronos from version 3.4 to 5.0 for 55,000 employees.   Jenine has been with Dresser-Rand since 2006, and is in the process of a global implementation Oracle HRMS and Kronos Timekeeping/Activities.   D-R is currently with live with those two systems in their plants in Germany, France and United States. She also manages US legacy Oracle HRMS, as well as other staffing, salary planning and safety systems.  Jenine holds a MA in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BA in Finance/Economics from the University of Puget Sound.
