Louisiana, MMS negotiate settlement in lease sale lawsuit


Louisiana Gov. Kathleen Babineaux Blanco said attorneys for the state have negotiated a settlement in her lawsuit against the US Minerals Management Service, and the settlement would delay Lease Sale 201.
