HOUSTON, Mar. 17 -- BP Products North America Inc. has let an engineering, procurement, and construction management services contract to Foster Wheeler USA Corp. for a coker to be built at its 385,000 b/d Whiting, Ind., refinery.
Installation of the coker is part of a $3.8 billion upgrade that will enable the refinery to process extra-heavy crude from Canada (OGJ Online, Mar. 10, 2009).
