Russia and Turkmenistan have agreed to accelerate development of the proposed Caspian Gas Pipeline project following talks between Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller, Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov, and Deputy Prime Minister Tachberdy Tagyyev.
