Your editorial (OGJ, Nov. 13, 2000, p. 19) "The new President's challenge" is brilliant. I shamelessly lifted parts of it, changed a few words, and wrote a letter to the editor of my local paper.
I urge other readers to contact their local papers and electronic media. We're in the public energy education business and all can participate.
A slight majority of American agree or at least tolerate Al Gore's demonizing of "Big Oil" in the minds of half of the voters. As you said "To a riled public, all oil is Big Oil." Stay tuned.
