Houston, has announced the appointment of Thomas Hansen as senior vice-president of global chemical market, Chris Clark as vice-president of US Gulf Coast pipeline, Scott Guthrie as director of energy, and Johnnye Wozniak as vice-president of business development.

Hansen holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a master’s in management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has been with Air Liquide since 1993.

Clark, who joined Air Liquide in 1984, earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Guthrie also joined Air Liquide in 1984, after receiving an engineering degree from Texas A&M.

Wozniak holds a bachelor’s degree in safety engineering from Indiana State University. He has been with Air Liquide more than 20 years.

Air Liquide Large Industries US LP offers gas and energy solutions around the world for customers in the refining, natural gas, chemical, and metals industries. It operates an extensive pipeline system along the US Gulf Coast.

Houston, has named Joe Bowden Jr. a senior well control specialist and account executive. Bowden, a graduate of Sam Houston State University, has over 25 years of oil field experience in all aspects of well control projects, both onshore and offshore.

Cudd Well Control, a division of Cudd Pressure Control Inc., is a global provider of well control services including firefighting, contingency planning, well capping, and engineering.

Cudd Pressure Control Inc. provides live well and well intervention services, including blowout control, well recovery, hydraulic workover, coiled tubing, and nitrogen, pumping, marine, wire line, and consulting services.
