Joe Johnson is the Mid-Continent Drilling Manager and Appalachia Operations Manager for Newfield Exploration. Johnson has worked in drilling throughout the world for Amoco, in locations including Canada, Norway, the United Kingdom, Trinidad and China. He retired from Amoco/BP in 2004 to move back to Tulsa, Oklahoma USA to work for Newfield Exploration. Johnson graduated from LSU in 1973 with a BS Degree in Petroleum Engineering.
