Judy Indorf joined the Toledo Refinery Leadership Team as Technical Manager in February 2013. Most recently Judy was the Commissioning Manager for the Toledo Reformer 3 Project and was the Operations Manager for the Toledo Repositioning Project through the Appraise and Select Stages.
Prior to returning to Toledo as the Reformer 3 Commissioning Manager, Judy was the Operations Practices Manager in Refining & Logistics Technology in Naperville, Illinois and was responsible for working with the Refinery Operations Managers globally to increase the rigor of and compliance with the processes by which we operate and manage our refineries.
Judy started with Gulf Oil Corporation in 1979 as a process engineer. She has been with Sohio/BP since 1981 when she joined the Toledo Refinery. Judy has 34 years of refining experience having focused her career in process/technical roles (17 yrs), operational roles (9 yrs), and commercial roles (8 yrs) covering assignments in Toledo, Cleveland, London, Whiting, and Naperville.
Judy earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio. She is also a graduate of the BP/MIT Operation Academy - Cadre 1.
