Artificial Lift Company Ltd. (ALC),

Egham, Surrey, UK, has promoted Peter Moulsdale to director and vice-president, operations. He joined ALC in 2007 and has played a key role in the development and commercialization of the company's innovative Rigless ESP solution. Moulsdale will play a major role in ALC's international expansion plans, having worked globally in the artificial lift and completions arena for much of his career. His expertise and contacts will assist ALC in capitalizing on opportunities in key growth areas such as Alaska and the Americas, North Africa, and the Middle East.

ALC is a leading artificial lift service company, cofounded by Geoff Kimber Smith, that develops and delivers innovative and cost-effective artificial lift systems to the oil and gas industries.

Bourbon Offshore,

Marseille, has acquired 100% of the shares of its Delba Maritima Navegacao subsidiary and plans to continue its expansion in Brazil's offshore oil and gas marine services market. Bourbon and Delba Maritima signed takeover agreements for the Brazilian company on December 29, 2009, at the request of Bourbon's joint venture partner in Delba Maritima. The operational management and organization of the subsidiary remain unchanged.

Delba Maritima Navegacao was created in 1970 and became a 50-50 joint venture with Bourbon in 2001. The company operates vessels used off Brazil for coastal navigation, offshore support, and port operations; and for towing, anchor handling, ROV and diving support, survey, launching and maintenance of rigid and flexible lines, firefighting, and dynamic positioning.

Bourbon Offshore provides a broad range of offshore oil and gas marine and subsea services, including the deepwater market. It has a fleet of 357 vessels and 99 units on order as of Dec. 31, 2009.

Ecology & Environment Inc. (E&E),

Buffalo, NY, has formed Lowham Walsh LLC as the latest development in the expansion of E&E's consulting services in the western US. Together with its subsidiary Walsh Environmental Scientists & Engineers LLC, E&E has expanded its capacity to address energy development and environmental needs in Rocky Mountain and northern Great Plains states. Lowham Walsh offers the combined services of Walsh and the former Lowham Engineering LLC, with special expertise in applied hydrologic science, environmental, and engineering analyses. The firm operates from offices in Lander and Gillette, Wyo. E&E also recently increased its ownership stake in its Walsh subsidiary from 58% to 76%.

E&E provides environmental services to the oil and gas, mining, and renewable energy industries.
